Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details where applicable.

 


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship Australia-wide. Enjoy free standard shipping on all Australian orders over AUD $120.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–6 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method.

 


International Shipping

We currently ship internationally, including Taiwan, Hong Kong, China, and other selected destinations.

Estimated delivery times:

Taiwan, Hong Kong & China

  • Economy Shipping: Approximately 10 business days

Other International Destinations

  • International Shipping: Approximately 6–10 business days

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery destination and selected shipping method.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply in their country.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather events or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

LIFE SECRET™ is not responsible for orders delayed, lost or returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

 

 

Delivery Delays

While we aim to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances outside our control, including carrier disruptions, weather events or high order volumes.

 

 

Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: info@lsecret.com.au
