Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
Orders are not processed, dispatched or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, promotions or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be extended.
Australian Shipping
We currently ship Australia-wide.
Free standard shipping is available on orders over AUD 120.
A flat shipping fee of AUD 9.95 applies to orders under AUD 120.

Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on your location and carrier performance.
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery timeframes are outside the control of L Secret Pty. Ltd.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers, public holidays, weather events, customs processing or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
L Secret Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.
