Change of Mind
Due to the nature of our wellness products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind purchases.
We also do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, partially consumed, or where the product seal has been broken.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, faulty, defective, or if we have supplied the incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at:

- A description of the issue
- Photos of the product and packaging where applicable
Once reviewed, L Secret Pty. Ltd. may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or other appropriate remedy in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Where a return is required due to a damaged, faulty, defective, or incorrectly supplied product, L Secret Pty. Ltd. will cover reasonable return shipping costs and replacement shipping costs where applicable.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details provided at checkout are accurate.
L Secret Pty. Ltd. is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, returned, or undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
